Because of this company not paying me:

I was not able to pay taxes, now have tax liens against me.

I have canceled credit cards, been unable to pay credit card debt.

Have damaged credit ratings.

cannot afford to get my contractors plumbing license renewed.

cannot afford to renew my insurance auto insurance

Things are slow, and double painful when I don't get paid for a job, the last thing i need are scum bags like these to call me up.

I cannot give them a waver of lien now because I think I should be compensate for pain and suffering.

I guess at some point in time when their neighbor or there kids come across this, I will have another lawyer knocking at my door.

I will always fight these creeps of greed and corruption.

I have been unpaid for plumbing services I provided. I am accusing your

company and CMC of theft of service. Work was done in the Mesa, Arizona

area. The company that hired me was CMC, A Complete Maintenance Co, 853

E Isabella Ave, Mesa Az.

This CMC company stole equipment, tools, supplies and more from me,

along for work i preformed and not being paid for.

I have copy of signed work orders. CMC has been paid but refused to pay

me I have talked to your Total Facility, managers who authorized this

work also.

I am a state of Illinois, Arizona registered plumbing contractor,

licensed plumber and licensed back flow inspector.

Nobody seems to want to pay me nor care.

CMC nor is your company a ROC contractor of Arizona, I am. You are

paying a mom and pa company to skirt the law. The law in Arizona states

that any single work event that exceeds $1,000.00 needs a ROC

contractor. You are in deliberate violation of this law also. This

penalty may for bid u from working in AZ, plus a fine and perhaps jail.

You had them do some work at a toys r us store (major bathroom

modification), the contractor they hired was another guy that pretends

to be a contractor but not a ROC. You pay for this cheap unskilled

work, you will eventually have to pay a higher price. Maybe you will

plead stupidity to your customers after I contact them and The State of

Arizona. With this ignorance on your part, you should not be allowed to

manage anything.

With this email your are once again knowingly aware of crimes your

company are committing, including theft of my service. You are guilty

of being a co conspirators and many felony crimes also.

After I contact the individual store managers who signed my tickets, of

their part of fraud, i will ask for their direct district managers phone

numbers.

Maybe I will get paid if i email the chairman of the board of Barns and

Noble.

I do not have ANYTHING to do with payment from our company.  Please send all

further correspondence to Mike Clifford.  He is the head of our accounting.

He is my boss and I work under him.  I have no authority in any financial

areas of our company.
