http://totalsitesolutions.com/ hired me to repair a fire hydrant that wa s broke in two, back in January (some one hit it).

30 degrees below zero, this hydrant was busted for months, Best Buy has no fire protection, the Village of Niles Fire Department is going bonkers.

Weary of new customers, out of state customers, giant corporations cheat the little guy, I took a risk and made the repair.

Ground was frozen, I had to get a jack hammer to break up the ground. Most contractors would extract the highest possible sale from this repair (and say the hydrant was broken below the frost line, unknown until this stage). I could have said that, the next contract price was at $13,00.00. But I stuck with the lower price, because I take pride in my honesty, integrity and workmanship

Got the signed documents from the store manager. Best Buy was happy, Total Site Solutions was happy and the fire department was happy.

But 8 months go buy and I still have not been paid. After the job is done, the terms and conditions to receive the money are not possible and nobody seems to care.

I made known the problem via email, to each upper management (photo above), hoping they would say something like "this guy did a good, honest job for us almost a year ago and has not been paid, we got to pay him right away, fe d-x a check out to your tomorrow and add a little compensation for our mess up" and a most sincere apology.

Nothing, not a thing. I think the lot, are a bunch of idiots, crooks, thief's. They know they can get away with highway robbery and do so.

And Americans wounder what is wrong with America.

One thing, wrong, in my opinion, it is creeps like these who do this every day and think nothing of it and get away with it.

I contacted 2 attorney generals and filed a complaint.

I don't know who painted this fire hydrant. it was not painted during my original site visit. I suspect total-site-solutions called some other guys to look at the job and said
this is the only fire hydrant at the best buy store
fire hydrant that is on its side
and if that isn't enough identification, we painted part of it white
